Always very happy with him & his work ethic. He always did a great job on the work we needed done. All in a timely manor & he always has a very pleasant personality. And is office gal is always welcoming & very friendly. Will continue to go to Glenn's General Repair as long as we can get to Hunter, NY 😀🤗👍

Glenn‘s General repair is an excellent place to take your vehicle. We have 5 different vehicles that we bring over there for service and repairs including a Volvo. Glenn and his crew are amazing of how versatile they are at fixing whatever we bring to them we are so happy to have them in our area. I would like to take the time to personally thank Glenns Auto body for their excellent customer service! I have had situations that without the knowledge of car repair were explained to me in detail! Front desk hospitality is exceptional, and pricing has always been extremely fair! Huge shoutout to a small business that does an excellent job of caring for their customers! I understand firsthand how difficult the repair business is and how frustrating it is to receive a poor review from a customer who is not sympathetic with the difficulties of all that needs to happen to keep each customer happy and satisfied. With that said, OMG! The woman answering the phone for this business is a mess. She made so many errors and each time she messed up, she gave me an attitude. I tried my best to be patient but after two months of waiting for my car, she told me that my car is NOT done and she couldn't tell me if it would be 2 more days or two more months, with an attitude. I know they are short on mechanics and I truly feel bad for them but get a new person speaking for your business. Oh, my car was there to get four new tires, a tune-up, and whatever they thought it needed to pass inspection. It's a 2018 Toyota Rav4, this should NOT be that difficult but she made it a mess.....and it never got done.
