De Leon Auto Repair Shop

Excellent service. Whenever I called the boss Jose, I got very positive replies to help me out asap. Today I just got my car inspected and passed, timely. The new front desk manager Jay is super friendly and professional. She worked for RTX before. I gave a 7* to this Auto service which is close to the Northern Campus (with Northern FTC college/ Northern Academy high and middle schools) and downtown Middletown, very convenient.

Three companies rejected me because I brought my own part I brought it to De Leon And it wasn’t a problem. Great service nice place. Nice job. You’re welcome👍🏼

De Leon was so helpful. My husband and I had a flat tire. Found out we needed a new tire. They put donut on , took my husband to get spare. What a lifesaver in a difficult time. Also did an amazing job on my brakes. Very professional and fast service. Please don’t hesitate if you are looking for a shop to service your vehicle. You won’t be disappointed .

De Leon Auto repair is awesome and saved my entire weekend. Short story: Everyone on staff at this shop is extremely kind, communicative, and knowledgable. They went out of their way to help me on a Saturday afternoon. My car is 35+ years old. I live in NYC and was headed to Ithaca. Car blew a radiator hose and was stranded on the side of the road. In less than two hours they helped me to the shop, sourced a replacement hose, installed it and had me back on the road. I couldn’t believe how lucky I was to find this shop and have these great people help me out. Extremely fair prices. Long story: Called the shop and explained my mess of a situation. The receptionist not only patiently listened but helped me figure out where I was exactly. The shop sent out 2 extremely nice and bright mechanics to help me. Shout out Tahar who totally saved my engine from destruction on the side of a road. These guys then helped me limp my car a few miles to shop! Didn’t need to call a tow. Unreal. Jose the head mechanic immediately took my car in and along with Tahar they explained what happened, what needed to be done and did it ASAP. Waited comfortably in the shop with their gentle dog (basically a built in support animal for us anxious customers). I left the shop feeling like everyone had given me 100% of their effort from the moment I called to the moment Jose handed me back my keys and told me to have a safe rest of my trip. What couldve totalled my engine took less than 2 hours to diagnose, replace and fix. Can’t thank them all enough.

My experience here was amazing! The team was timely, professional, and fixed my car perfectly. I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone. The staff is very knowledgeable about their work and extremely kind — truly some of the best service I’ve ever had!
