The work is maybe above average quality for what I've experienced in the area...but Jim is incredibly condescending and rude for absolutely no reason. I spoke with the front desk lady on the phone, she said my truck needed front brakes to pass inspection, so naturally I asked her if it was just pads or if I needed more parts.. she said "Jim the owner is right here I'll let him explain it." To where I started receiving rude comments with him telling me I "did a bad job" replacing the brakes bc the front pads that were a year and a half old were wore out, and I "must be a high speed kind of guy" because my truck has drilled rotors. I pride myself on being respectful and courteous to people so I really did not appreciate being belittled. I've changed a TON of brakes before. It used to be my job. The last time I did this job the slide pins were greased with ceramic grease, a knuckle and caliper got replaced. I'm borderline OCD and would rather not do things than do them incorrectly or imperfect so maybe his comments offended me more than they should have and I should have chalked it up to a cranky old man, either way I won't be back. I put up with it the first time I was there after spending $2200... Everyone has a bad day, twice is absurd.

Jenny and Jim are fantastic to work with!! They really go above and beyond!! Our family has been coming here for over ten years and always have an amazing experience!!

The problems that were instilled upon them were not of their making but do to shoddily outside workmanship they encountered problems but they honored their quality guaranty. This speaks volumes to where you should not look any further for honest service. Polite, informative and prompt service is almost impossible to find. Good people should associate with other good people😇

I have been taking my vehicles to Qual-Tech since I first tried them and I trust Jim and his team totally. I've never felt taken advantage of, and they have kept my last 3 vehicles in tip top shape. I will more than likely continue to use this garage until I move or die! 🙏🏼💙😇👍🏼👊🏼☕️😎🇺🇸
