Clove Branch Muffler & Brake

My wife tried them for an oil change, brakes, and inspection. She was very happy with them. Then we needed work on other car and decided to try them again. Paul was excellent. I was contacted within half hour after I dropped car off. I was provided with estimates after technician did a thorough inspection of entire vehicle. Paul explained all estimates from the minimum to things that could wait. No sales pressure. He kept me constantly updated. Paul told me it would take a day or two to complete work. He then called later the same day and let me know car was ready to be picked up. I will absolutely use them again.

Came in for an oil change, Have my brakes checked and replace tires. They told me I didn’t need new brakes, which I thought was very honest of them. I’m extremely happy here. I will definitely be coming back.

We've been regular customers for a while, and Clove Branch has always been quick, reasonably priced, and honest. We've also brought vehicles in for "false alarm" diagnostics, and they sent us home without charging a dime. They're great.

Can get an appointment pretty quickly, or at least within the week, always explains if they find something wrong or that needs to be done soon, texting service is helpful because you can approve or deny jobs and it gives estimates and will let you know when vehicle is ready for pick up. Never had an issue and the business has been open for a long time now. I wish they were open at least one weekend day but it is what it is lol I'd recommend them!
