Peabody’s Family Auto

Don’t waste your time, I’ve seen some horrible mechanics in my life but this one takes the cake. Don’t expect they will be in business long. Sent my daughters vehicle back with the same issues we went there for. When we went to speak to him about the vehicle being under warranty and needing additional work above and beyond the original call (which wasn’t fixed) and the fact the warranty would cover all of this he decided to flip out, throw a childish temper tantrum and start cursing instead… use this guy at your own peril. Be warned!

I was in a pinch and Peabody's was able to get my car in on short notice fixed the problem and had me back on the road in just a few days. The price was reasonable, and the owner seemed like a decent man, he was very knowledgeable and quite personable. I would definitely go back to Peabodys in the future.

Although I don't have a lot of experience with them but what I did was excellent. They came to my house to try and get my Dodge truck going (dead batteries) and said that they would come back and take them out and put them in my car so I could return them to Costco. Very nice guys, very good service. Next time I have an issue with a vehicle, I will definitely call them.
