Great buying experience. I would highly recommend Jessica Chevrolet. Everyone was so friendly , with not a lot of push to buy. They didn't have the Chevy Trax I was looking for, so they put feelers out to find it. If you are going to buy, I recommend looking up Karen Hire to deal.

Literally saved my life today. I live in Bergen, I had my tires done at a different place. When I came to work today, someone had found a lug nut in the parking lot. I checked my tires and found I was missing one. I walked over from Family Dollar to Molye, and told them what happened. Not only did they fix it, but checked my other tires. I was driving without 2 lug nuts and my tires loose. They fixed everything with my tires even though it was not their problem. I will be having all of my car work done by them from now on.

Never again! I was forced to have services done, and was not even given the option to replace parts myself. I was also told by the “advisor” that it’s not their responsibility to advise you prior to taking the inspection sticker off that you need new windshield wipers for over 80 dollars! Basically, once you are in there you are a captive. I was really hoping that with the name “Jessica” women would be respected but I was not treated this way. Edited to say: I understand the process is to take the sticker off. My issue is the insane markup for the product. I would have liked the opportunity to install my own wiper blades because I am fully capable, instead I got charged an up charge and labor!

My second time going here since they changed ownership-this time for an inspection. Staff was once again very friendly and helpful. I especially like the option of being able to pay ahead of time via a link I got sent through text. I always like to support local businesses and they are very convenient for me in terms of location.

My wife and I had a very poor buying experience with DJ (sales rep) on 7/23, when purchasing a 2019 Acadia. He was rude, arrogant and confrontational throughout the price negotiations. He would become very animated, raise his voice, and say “the manager is not going to be happy with this”, and then storm away and come back with an answer. He became infuriated that I would not agree to get a minimal warranty item fixed on my Jeep before the trade-in was approved. This would have delayed the transaction and been very inconvenient since we live in Syracuse. The sales manager approved the deal without this. If my wife wasn’t so pleased with the car/trim package I would have absolutely not bought a car through DJ. However, we did have a very nice experience the following day when we picked up the vehicle with Shawn and Karen.
