We were on a camping trip from Ohio to Maine and experienced what we thought was transmission issues pulling our camper with our 2018 GMC Sierra. Chris squeezed us in the next morning. He changed our transmission fluid and filter as we had to leave the campground that day! A really great guy!

In town on a holiday weekend, was having some transmission issues with a 2020 Silverado Truck. We called first thing in the am to see if there was any possibility of getting the truck checked out as we had to tow a camper back to NC. Fred answered and said to bring it in and he would take a look, although they were closing at noon today. We took the truck in and 3 hours later it was diagnosed and fixed. Can’t thank them enough for getting us on our way!
