My buddy (16) and I (17) were fishing at our uncle’s cabin when I accidentally backed my car into a ditch on the steep driveway. We were pretty stressed, but when Mark from JS Auto & Towing showed up, he immediately put us at ease. He didn’t just pull my car out of the ditch—he made sure we were okay, walked me through everything, helped guide me the rest of the way down the driveway, and even gave my car a quick check to make sure it was safe for the drive back to Niagara Falls from Black Creek. I sincerely hope I never need a tow again, but if I do, I wouldn’t call anyone else. If you’re stuck in a ditch or dealing with a stressful situation, I can’t recommend JS Auto & Towing enough. Mark wasn’t just there to tow my car—he was exactly the kind of person three stressed teenagers needed in that moment. If boss man is reading this right now, please take Mark out to lunch as this is an outstanding employee that has to not only made a positive impact on my experience but for sure has made a positive impact on your company. My son went off the road and got his car stuck in a snow bank. We called AAA and they sent these guys out to tow him. They needed two trucks to do the job my son was behind the guardrail, but both were covered by my plan. They responded quickly and were kind courteous. I had them tow the car to my preferred shop so it can get checked out.

Car died on the side of the road. Called J’s Towing and they showed up quick, took good care of us (towed to our garage), and less expensive than you’d think. Highly recommend!

Thanks for getting me out of a jam. They got my snowmobile trailer back over to their shop and threw a hub on it for me and my daughter and we got to enjoy the rest of the day so it was well worth it thanks guys!
