Jan's Med A Car

If I could give this company 100 stars I could. I blew out 1 tire and ripped another off the wheel when I was unable to dodge the rows of potholes on the left lane of 87 north near the Sloatsburg exit (15A) at prime rush hour time. After much grief with my insurer, they finally sent over this company and they were not only helpful with providing me with a lot information I was not aware about when you break down on the thruway (I’m from nj) but they safely and securely towed me, my 3 dogs and a trunk full of luggage to a safer point and stayed until I was okay. Not only did the company go above and beyond, but their pricing was great, not trying to gouge people like other experiences I have had with other tow companies in the past. THANKS AGAIN!!

I want to express my gratitude for this company. They are fast, friendly and efficient. Alonzo was my driver that towed my vehicle off of the NYS thruway (Autobahn). He quickly arrived, loaded my vehicle off, collected all the info and towed me back to the shop I needed to fix their own mess up. Alonzo is very respectful and I enjoyed the conversation on the road. As a Former Tow Driver out of KY stay safe out there and I will recommend this company to anyone that needs a tow. Locked keys in the car and Jan’s got us back on the road right away! Anthony was friendly, came to us in 20 minutes, reopened the car without damaging it, and gave great advice on dealing with AAA! Highly recommend.

Anthony from Jan’s came to my rescue at a rest stop on the Thruway when I locked myself out of my car. He was fast and effective and beyond that, such a great communicator and so kind and helpful when it turned out the keys were not locked inside the car, but rather somewhere in the rest stop, That the entire experience was truly net positive! Really extraordinary. As a bonus, he also has a great (and situationally appropriate ) sense of humor. Wish I could go above five stars!

Very grateful for Anthony & the team at Jan’s Med A Car! Our car battery failed on our way back to NYC from a trip upstate. We called Jan’s Med A Car and the team had our car in tow within 20 minutes. Better yet, they were super friendly & great to work with. Would highly recommend!
