West Point FMWR Auto Skills Center

Made a 10:00 AM appointment for my state inspection. Nobody came to the desk until 10:20. I filled out the paperwork and left for the 30 minutes they said it would take to complete inspection. I come back in, and they tell me that they can't do the inspection because my front windshield is too tinted. I've had this vehicle inspected for the past 3 years in New York State in multiple different places, and nobody has ever denied me on the basis of the window tint, my windshield is a factory windshield and no tint has ever been applied to it. Then the guy hands me the wrong car keys. I got my actual keys and promptly left. Not punctual, and talking a lot of nonsense. Not going back.

Staff are friendly & knowledgeable. They gave me individual block of instruction on several aspects of maintenance and I feel more confident in my ability to service the automobile (tires, oil changes, hydraulic lift, etc.). Also got my state annual inspection done. 10/10 will come here again to work on the car.

I used their tire machine to demount/mount tires.

Helpful staff and everything you need to work on your vehicle.

Oil Change and Self-Service. Shout outs to Uri and Chris who are amazing mechanics. My best advice is to ask for help if you need anything. They were very helpful and didn't mind finding a specialty tool or check on my vehicle even though I was doing a self-service job.
