I just had my 999R serviced at Bear Mountain Moto. I used their available pickup and delivery service and that was flawless. The entire experience was excellent, communication was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process and the service was exceptional. I had accessories installed and the bike checked out and serviced as needed. The service tech Anthony is very knowledgeable and did I great job on the bike and went above and beyond making the bike right for me. Bear Mountain Moto has done a great job and is my new place for all service needs for my Ducati. I highly recommend this shop.

I came to Bear Mountain Moto from New York, and it was the best decision I made. I'm very happy with my visit to this shop. It's wonderful how warm and friendly I was. My Suzuki V-Strom 800 DE motorcycle was professionally serviced. I was also instructed on how to properly care for new tubes, tires, and valves. I will always bring my motorcycles to Bear Mountain Moto. They are wonderful, friendly people and professional mechanics. On the way back, I visited several beautiful spots in Bear Mountain; my motorcycle has never been so well-tuned. Now riding my Suzuki is pure pleasure. Thank you, Bear Mountain Moto! Jacek.
