Abbott folks are the best!! They take great care of my car. Never lie about what needs to be done!! I trust them totally. My car feels like brand new always! I suggest all car owners to definitely give them a try. You will be pleased!!
View on GoogleLove Abbott Automotive! I just switched over to them for my Honda Pilot after using the dealer for so many years, and also brought my daughter's VW Taos. I love the deep, wide experience and knowledge of cars they bring, and I love that the owner, Nick, also works on the cars himself. The staff is excellent, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, the space is clean and comfortable to wait in, and the pricing is reasonable. Really wish I switched sooner!
View on GoogleWe’re new to the area and when my car stalled at an intersection I had the car towed to their location only knowing them by reputation. They diagnosed the problem (an underperforming battery) and made a couple other fixes that I had known about but hadn’t yet addressed. I greatly appreciate how quickly they serviced the car and how they kept me fully informed in the process. It was an overall excellent experience.
View on Google⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Abbott’s Automotive in High Falls, New York. My name is Russell Mottsey, and they recently replaced my exhaust — the work was done professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. From start to finish, the team was knowledgeable, honest, and easy to deal with. They explained everything clearly, gave a fair price, and completed the job exactly when they said they would. The quality of the installation was top-notch, and my truck sounds and runs great now. It’s hard to find mechanics you can truly trust, but Abbott’s Automotive is definitely one of them. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for reliable and skilled automotive work.
View on GoogleGreat team in front of and in back of their business. Smart, skilled diagnostics and excellant service, friendly, and most considerate in their generosity regarding the inconvenience of leaving one's car. And my car always feels healthy and cared for! They also give a head's up about future servicing issues down the road so one can plan. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
