Wanted to share my positive experience with Shamrock Auto today. Brought the car in to get a possible oil leak checked out. The owner Pat and his staff were all pretty easy going, making you feel comfortable and not just a customer. They inspected and test drove the car and found that the leak was very minor, if at all, and recommended that I monitor the situation and come back if any oil leak persists. I appreciated the honesty and time they took to assess the problem, rather than trying to push a repair that may not be necessary. I found an auto repair shop that I can trust now and will use for future issues. Would recommend them to my family and friends.

Pat and sons saved the day after a blown tire had me stranded, solved the issue quickly with a fair price. Can’t beat the service of a generational local business. Thanks Pat for all your help today!

I don't even OWN a car, but going with a good friend who is a long-time customer, I can say that if I did, Shamrock would be my choice. Their personal attention and family approach equals their expertise. Each member of the team from the current owner on down, will plainly state what they can identify, what they find troublesome (and refer you to your manufacturer) at fair prices. My friend recommends them highly and I saw why for myself. She lives in Queens. She has closer choices, all competent, but remains a client for their expertise, prompt service, and very fair prices.

My parents took all their cars to Pat at Shamrock for about 2 decades. While my parents have since moved to Florida, there's one thing I'm grateful for.... the referral to Shamrock. They're honest, trustworthy, reliable, quick, accommodating, and very fair in terms of pricing. They will never recommend unnecessary work just in an attempt to nickle and dime you like other shops. These guys are the real deal. I will never take my car elsewhere. Loyal customer for life.
