Took my bike there given an estimate, then when I picked bike up found, my bill for work done was $500 more than quoted only to be told by them they found other things that needed fixing on my bike u would think they would have called me first but they didn't then things in my estimate weren't even done. I was extremely disappointed with lack of communication by them they over charge then charge for work never done will not ever go here again. Don't trust them

The only moto shop that actually answered when I called. Jeff was very helpful and courteous. Had my new tires installed by the end of the day. Despite my bike giving him a hard time. Awesome place to bring your bike for work. Very knowledgeable. If you live in the Norwich area you probably ride/drive past it everyday. Will most definitely be doing business here in the future. Highly recommend!

Fantastic work very professional. Nathan took his time explaining what was needed to be done and answered all my questions honestly without trying to side step me on parts and labor. Will always return for further care of my bike.
