Called to get a quote on mounting my BMW X7 wheels, I just purchased from Tirerack and the dude that answered the phone was extremely rude. He mumbled me to mount/balance was $65 I asked him was that per tire or the whole thing so I could make sure I had the money on hand to pay for it, but before I could even say anything he told me "Wanna to do it yaself? I told you the price" blah blah blah I literally apologized to him for wasting his time but seriously he should NOT be answering the phone and speaking with customers with his tone and unprofessional attitude. I am not a mechanic so asking a simple questioned rattled him to the point he became upset with me. FOH and my intentions were to get the tires mounted and then request a wheel alignment so he lost a good amount of money and I swear I will never do business with them or give them my money.

Just brought my daughters 2005 Acura MDX to get the front end rebuilt. John and Caesar are very friendly and sincere to the customers. My family is very happy with the work they did and the price was very fair for the job. I will go back again with my other vehicles.😄

About 5 yrs. ago I brought my Ram 1500 4x4 to Garnerville Wheel Alignment to install my New leveling kit. As 2 other area shops were unable to remove the factory bolts. Not only were they able to complete the job, But they were Very Prompt, and Courteous. So now 5 years later when my Now 11 yr. old Ram needed New Struts due to it's age, and some other steering work, they were 1st on my mind. Although they had a Bear of a time removing the lower strut bolts, they got it done. Along with swapping over the leveling kit, New tie rod ends, New Cooper 35" tires, and a Perfect Alignment. I got the truck back in 48hrs. and the price was More then Fair. I immediately took it for a ride of over 700 miles with 0 issues. Thanks again for all of the Great Service.

if you want the owner to laugh in your face when all you ask for is the service that they literally provide, it’s the perfect place for you!!!! no wonder why the entire place was empty
