Derek is customer service oriented and looks to make his clients happy. He took the time to speak to me, to assess my vehicle needs, patiently went over options. I originally went for a backup camera and new radio; in conversation he discovered difficulties i had wih my lights in the nightime and upgraded my lights which not only improved the asthetics but also safety. While I waited he offered me a beverage and even gave me a ride back to work while the car was completed. He provided instructions on how to use the new enhancements and called me the next day to see if I had an questions. He also completed the job in the proposed timeframs. He earned this review!
