Tom, Bart and the rest of the guys there are very knowledgeable and great to work with. They did some work on a Jaguar F Type for me and did a great job and made sure I didn’t spend more money than I had to. Unlike many other shops they won’t try to upsell you and are very honest and generous with their time. Great shop for any JLR vehicle, it was well worth the 1 hour drive it took me to get there and back each way. They replaced the battery as well as a faulty o2 sensor for me and did a great job.

As someone who does 90% of his own work across all my cars I never had many experiences with shops, and always thought they were out to rip you off. This shop is the absolute complete opposite and are the gold standard of what not only an independent shop should be but a mechanic shop should be. I can’t say enough good things about Bart and everyone down at Independent Motor Cars. Bart stands by his word, is extremely knowledgeable and is a complete gentleman.

I had an excellent experience with this shop while they worked on my LR4 Land Rover. They replaced the timing chain, water pump, and other components that will make my engine last. The quality of their work was outstanding. Their team is very experienced and truly knows what they’re doing. I also appreciated the one-year warranty they offer. When something minor went wrong within that period, they were very fair and fixed it free of charge. They are thorough, knowledgeable, and their customer service is top-notch. I even think this shop might be better than the Land Rover dealership. They are incredibly experienced and know these vehicles so well. I’m so impressed by this shop and highly recommend them!
