Hastings Tire

Chris and the guys were great. Blew a hole in my run flat tire on way home from a conference. Thought I could make it to my dealer (I have a tire package), but quickly became more urgent. Called Chris and he quickly moved to have a replacement shipped to him from the local warehouse and I had a new tire within a few hours. Great communication throughout. Would definitely recommend!!

I asked if they could please check my car tire immediately since we are a 1 car family and the distance home and they kindly obliged despite having several vehicles actively being worked on in their shop.

The service was great, fast and honest. They had my car finished when they said and greeted me with a smile!!

Tire rotation, service, oil change, DMV inspection. Same day, convenient drop off and pick up. Very friendly and reasonably priced

This review is based on an interaction and not service: Now, it's 7/4/25, it shows on Google maps that they are open. I arrived and the garage door was opened. I parked the car, went inside and saw a heavy set man sitting and on his phone. I knock on the door, open it and tell him that I need help with my tire as it has a leak. His response to me was "can't you see that the garage is closed?" I say excuse me? How is it closed if the garage door is opened? And that it says opened on Google maps? He then tells me "do you see anyone there?, if no, that means they are closed".... I had to really compose myself to not respond to him unprofessionally. He continued complaining about the fact that I walked in through the opened garage door! I asked him if there are any other places close by that I can get my tire fixed and he tells me go to the Bronx! I will say this to the business owner, if you're closed, let Google maps and other Internet platforms that you list your hours know you are closed! Also, if you are closed, make sure that the man working there doesn't have the garage door opened which contradicts you guys being closed! Place a sign in front of the opened garage door to state you are closed! Place a sign for customers to go in through the gas station if they are not allowed to walk into the garage to ask for help when it comes to repairs! And lastly, teach the person who works there to speak to people in a professional manner because this is a business and not the streets! I work not that far from there and you just lost a potential customer who will never recommend your place of business just because of that guy who pumps the gas! As you can see from the photos that it says open. Look at your other reviews of people saying that they had the same interaction with this guy......
