I do not recommend there Business run as they see fit but my personal experience wasn’t a pleasant one. So many things I don’t seem how they could do but by all means if I could stay away moving forward I would. First thing as a customer the price n value I do not believe go hand and hand pay 10 dollars a mile when there sing say 8.50 they drove it 6.5 miles even at the misrepresentative price that’s only 65 dollars was charged 100. They towed to there Business because had to go to the hospital. Next day I paid there extremely high price than was informed they can tow it to my home for a “DEAL” witch again the misrepresentative price 9.5 miles away from there shop understanding they payment was made at 4:30 and the end of their business date is five was fine waiting to the flowing day but did not receive the vehicle until after 5 PM, the following day couldn’t get what I needed to do done because I didn’t have the vehicle.

Once again Northeastern Auto Coach has gone above and beyond my expectations. After an accident with a large block of ice, my insurance company wanted to total my car. We came to an agreement and the amazing people at Northeastern Auto Coach fixed my car like new. Their expertise, service and integrity are exceptional in this day and age.

Highly recommended. They were great from beginning to end. Always great to find a local, family owned business that is definitely worth supporting! They kept me informed from the day I first brought my car in for collision work. Coordinated rental car, and dealt with my insurance company directly. All I had to do was pick up my car when they finished. It looks brand new. Thanks!
