Robo on 430

Order a chicken parm sub pick it up got home and this is a disappointment. Called the store and the lady that answered said she was the one that made it. This is the absolute mess of a sub way to much sauce and absolutely no cheese. On the phone she insisted there is cheese on the sub and from what I can see there is none. Sorry I chicken parm isn't just chicken and sauce where is the mozzarella cheese i will never be going there again.

This place lacks any semblance of customer service, aside from a couple of people. Most of the younger people working there are rude and lack any form of manners. There is a younger gentleman there who constantly has an attitude, no matter the day you come in. Its unfortunate that their customer service is so bad when they make such good food.

I’ve bought countless subs and gallons of gas from this place in the past 3 years. I’ve also stopped in for snacks and drinks on many, many, MANY occasions. I always left a decent tip for the staff making the food. I’ve spent way more money there than I should have. They showed today that their customer appreciation level is 000.00. I won’t be buying anything else there. ——-Reply to owners request as to why the staff showed 000.00 appreciation: I didn’t say it was the staff. It was management. For two years I walked down to the park with my Australian Shepherd, I’m epileptic and she could tell me I was going to have a seizure so I could sit down on the ground, and would stop at the Robo to have a sub made on the way back. On occasion, when I’ve had company, I’ve had 3-4 made at one time. No problems. She died of stomach cancer last spring. Now I have a Great Dane and there’s a problem. I don’t go anywhere without him because he has to witness a few seizures to understand what’s going on. He’s only 1. I’m not walking down there without him. He goes in the car with me everywhere. It’s been almost a year since I had my last seizure and it was exactly a year before that that I had the one before it so I’m walking more now and that’s why he goes where I go. I’d only come in to make a quick purchase and had it at the counter. A manager had been talking to the cashier about it until I went up to make my purchase then disappeared leaving it up to the cashier (who I think is new there) to tell me. She was flustered and turning red when I explained why I had the dog and could only regurgitate what the manager had said. That manager couldn’t confront me directly. Neither of my dogs have caused any problems, never made any noise, caused ANY kind of issues. So why, after 3 years it’s an issue? The other customers love him. There have been employees ask for him when I’ve come in to pay for gas and left him in the car. I haven’t seen those two in awhile. I guess they got smart and left. Anyway, gotta run. We’re headed to Quickfill for gas.

This was the only gas station open past 5 on Thanksgiving that was close enough to I86 that it wouldnt put you off track . A few gas stations on the other side of the bridge had their lights on and looked like they were open but weren't and the confusion almost made me run out of gas and wasted my time pulling up to them. All I got to say about those other gas stations y'all suck. If you're needing gas or quick bite near 86 this is the place!

I orderd 2 subs and the one sub made correctly and my blt was sloppy and cold not toasted im not happy lazy people its not that hard to do ur job
