Chenango Sales Inc Service

Great service, quick turnaround. Dropped car off for inspection, was ready by 11AM. No trying to sell me unnecessary services. They've done all my work for 7 years, zero issues.

The last seven fully loaded vehicles, three Escape Hybrids and four pickup trucks, all came from Chenango Sales. My salesman Will Tyrrell and the owner Byron Miller, as well as their excellent service department are all the reasons I give them my business. I've always received an excellent price from friendly sales people, and excellent and very accommodating service from their service department. I don't even bother to take my vehicles anywhere else because I can always trust the service people to get it right. After my first couple experiences with them, I've never even considered or wasted my time going anywhere else, and you shouldn't either.

Over the years I have purchased multiple vehicles at Chenango Sales, and will go there again when it's time. I like everything about the place from sales to service and always a great car on the showroom floor to admire! Plus the friendly atmosphere while I wait by that warm and cozy stove for my car inspection/service. I would recommend Chenango Sales to any and all ... a place where you're a name and not a number!

It's great that they provide a loaner car and that makes it convenient as I can have the vehicle serviced during the work week. The staff is friendly and helpful. It seems like they have hectic days and it spills over to their service. I asked when I arrived, which I know can cause problems because of allotted service times, to rinse off the wheels when they rotated the tires. Unfortunately, it didn't get completed and the vibration from the winter road buildup was worse because the rear wheels had more material on them. I know they were busy and I understand it was a late, unscheduled request.

I have a 2010 fusion sport AWD. I love it. It started making a horrible noise and vibration on my way home from Binghamton. I dropped the car off and left a voicemail about the symptoms. I suspected a drivetrain issue like a front passenger cv joint or the rear wheel drive shaft. They said it was the wheel bearing, 1200 to fix. The 1200 fee I paid did not address the symptom at all and the car is still not safe to drive
