We just leased a 2026 Ram Big Horn from Zappone’s, and the entire experience was honestly outstanding from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, the team made everything feel easy and stress-free. No pressure, no runaround—just genuine help. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect truck without trying to upsell us on things we didn’t need. The 2026 Ram Big Horn is an absolute beauty—powerful, smooth ride, and packed with features. We couldn’t be happier with our choice. What really stood out, though, was how seamless the whole process was. Paperwork was quick, communication was clear, and we drove off feeling confident and excited, not overwhelmed. Zappone’s truly goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. If you’re thinking about leasing or buying, we highly recommend stopping in and ask for Justin—you won’t regret it!

Such a great experience this morning with the nicest and best professionals we’ve ever dealt with. Bought a beautiful white tungsten Ram truck and it was delivered clean and ready to go. Paperwork was effortless and professionally handled with a few giggles and positivity. Thank you to Justin and Tyler!! Will work with you again anytime!!! Michele and Jim OBrien

View on GoogleExcellent Dealer and Staff. David Hertzner and the Finance Manager were extremely thorough and provided everything I needed in a rapid amount of time by phone, making my 4 hour drive, to close the deal, worth every mile. They had all of the paperwork ready in advance, the vehicle was prepped and in pristine condition, and treated me like a new member of the Zappone Family. Please consider them for your next vehicle purchase. They are 5 Star (+) and a true testament to a Family Owned Dealership.
