My family has had their vehicles serviced at Tim's for years, and I've had my crossover repaired there twice now. After receiving an outrageous quote from my original dealership for repairs, my mother recommended taking it to Tim's for a second opinion, and he gave me a much more reasonable quote and explained exactly what needed to be done, as well as what could be done if I wanted to be preemptive with any repairs that weren't an immediate cause for concern. I am absolutely firm in my conviction that he is one of the best mechanics in the region, who clearly values his business' reputation, his customers, and above all, their safety and satisfaction. It's absolutely worth the half hour drive from where I live knowing that he'll help me understand every issue, knowledgeably answer my questions, fairly quote repair costs and assess needed work and, frankly, he's just a pleasant, stand-up individual who takes pride in both his craft and how he operates his business. Don't sleep on this rare gem the next time you want quality repair and maintenance with full transparency. Tim doesn't profit off you, he profits with you.

Tim is a great mechanic who is very honest. You never have to worry about being ripped off when you get your car fixed here. 2024: Tim is still an excellent mechanic who hires only expert workers. He never throws in the towel. If there is a problem, he'll know and keep working until it's fixed right. In today's world, he makes every penny of your hard earned cash worth it. Unlike dealerships, he doesn't charge you for unnecessary repairs and doesn't itemize every move the mechanic makes (like $100 for removing the tire to get to the breaks or $15 to roll down the window).

Extremely genuine, knowledgeable and fair business. I don’t trust my car to anyone except Tim and his crew. He almost always knows exactly what is wrong and when he doesn’t he takes the time to investigate. He will be honest- if it won’t be ready today he will tell you so. I feel spoiled having Tim on my side!
