Lou's Island Auto Clinic

Unbelievable!!!! We drove 300 miles to camp at the KOA right next to Louis. 30 minutes till arrival had a full blowout on the pull-behind camper. Needless to say, we limped in on the spare but getting a replacement was priority one. I googled shops and saw Lou's was close. Having never delt with replacing trailer tires, I was uncertain of the time frame or even who could fix it. To my surprise, Lou was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They were able to get the tire repaired next day at a reasonable price. I was afraid of being taken advantage of but to my amazement, I was treated like family. Me, a stranger from out of town , with a southern accent! That's not even the best part. Deborah (front office) gave me priceless info on the falls nearby, she made our family amazing spaghetti, salad, and bread dinner, and she shared the same awesome qualities as Lou. If that's not enough, hang on, it gets better!!! Lou let me borrow a socket that I needed free of charge, but then I needed a jack to lift the camper up. Mine had broken when the tire exploded. Did he charge me? Did he require a deposit? Did he ask 20 questions? NO, he said; "here I'll help you load it up, just bring it back as soon as you can!" I was able to get repaired and made back home with my wife, kids, and dogs safely! Why is this not the frigging standard of customer service in America? If someone has a negative comment about these amazing people, their issue is not with Lou and Deborah, their issue is within their entitled narcissistic ego!!!! Cannot recommend this shop enough!! Truly thank you both again greatly!!!! Or as they say here in Philly "thank yous guys"!

Currently living in the GTA but born and raised on GI. When I asked family for a recommendation for a reliable, reasonable and competent mechanic, they suggested Lou. I had a water leak of unknown origin and Lou was able to diagnose and fix the problem in an hour. Great service and a very reasonable price. Thanks for the help! Would definitely recommend 😊

I went to Lou's for my cat inspection. They noticed my car oil change was over due; so I had that done. All was finished in good time. Cost was very reasonable. Good people there.

Lou takes care of all of my vehicles needs. Him and Deb are both super nice, personable, and honest. They always call and ask before performing any needed maintenance, and let us know what we're looking at price wise, so we're never surprised when we go back for our truck. I highly recommend them for all of your vehicle needs 😊

Lou was amazing. My car starter was going and I was camping next door and he was a lifesaver. He fixed our car in the same day and when your traveling on vacation that is huge. He was so trustworthy and had great prices. He was a lifesaver and kept our vacation running smoothly. If I lived here he would be my mechanic for sure. Thanks
