DO NOT USE THEM! I have brought my tires to them a few times already off my car to change back and forth from winter to all season. And they did an okay job usually a bit off balanced but nothing crazy. This time I decided I would finally trust them to bring the whole car and WORST decision ever. They broke two of my hubcaps. Left one of my tire stems without a cap. Put a random cap on the other. And did who knows what to my old caps. Not only that but one of the hub caps they have placed wrong so its pressing on my tire stem. And they broke my key fob! They did not mention a word of this to me. Beyond furious and disappointed. I will NEVER come here again. And I will be sure to let everyone I know not too as well.

They are pretty good, and reasonably priced, but I had my snow tires switched over, and the tires were put two to a bag instead of one. Very difficult to take out of the car and carry. Have always had them single bagged elsewhere. The bags were cinched tight, so had to tear open. So in the fall when I take them to be switched over again, dirty tires will go in the car.

Reasonable prices but these lower prices makes for a little longer wait. If you have the extra money to spend and don't want to wait in sometimes long lines go someplace else that will help me out. Otherwise great service, I saved over 100.00 dollars on tires and I got lifetime tire rotation. My old garage charged 10.00 a tire to rotate my tires and I bought them there? Very thankful and very happy with them so far.

My experience at auto care has been excellent. I bought tires and today I bought battery, both at unbelievable price. Bill was very nice in both the occasions. It was late and when I called today to see if a battery is available, they responded well and when I went there they offered me to install the battery as well although over the phone I was told they may not be able to install it since it was late. It was a very nice gesture. I will keep coming back.

Awful customer service and can’t answer simple questions! “How much after tax will it take for my f150 to get a standard oil change? Terrible service. Pretty easy to figure how many quarts and how much the filter will be with the labor? They do it all day long? Hmmm you don’t like your job find a new one!
