I can’t say enough good things about the service department at Team Blevins in Gouverneur, NY. When my truck unexpectedly became inoperable, they went above and beyond to take care of me. Without any prior appointment, they took the vehicle in, gave me a ride home, fixed the issue quickly, and then—above all expectations—personally delivered my truck back to my house once the repairs were complete. We got a 2020 Ram 1500 tonight and couldn’t be more pleased. Jess was our salesperson, she was absolutely the best. She did not try and play like she knew everything about all vehicles but always answered all questions in a very quick manner. I can’t say enough good things about her. As for the rest of the Team the gave us a great deal on our trade in and did not even try to push any of those “deals”. I encourage everyone looking to a new vehicle to go here first and ask for Jess. Thank you again Jess and the whole team.
