Called to get price on mounting and balancing a tire when I had my own new tire to bring was told 150 plus tax just to have it put on can can buy a whole another tire for that

AWFUL! I brought my tires in to be studded. I bought the wrong size tires. Completely my fault. When I asked what I could do the gentleman on the phone said he would think of something and call me right back. 3 hours later no call. So I call up to the store to check on the status of thing. “Super busy right now. I’ll call you when I can” and hung up. No call back. I called them again around 3 to let them know I will be there at 4:40 to pick up my car and tires. They close at 5. “Alright see you then”. I get to the shop at 4:40 and there is no one to be found. My car was left unlocked with the tires in it. No key in a drop box or anything. Had to go back the next morning and take unpaid time off in order to pick up my car. Very disappointment in lack of customer service.

Pricey but ALWAYS get u right in and are honest good hearted people.very happy with anything they've done.seem to stand behind their work
