Melissa was the best sales professional I ever had the pleasure of working with 😁. I am a research type of person and don’t like to settle for less. I spoke with numerous sales associates at different dealerships in quite a large radius of upstate NY and even in other states 🗺️ . A lot of them come off as “pushy,” 😩 just trying to make a quick sale and have you on your way. A lot of them don’t pay any mind to your needs🙁. Melissa was very attentive and actually listened 🤔 to what I was looking for and what I could afford😃. She actually exceeded my expectations by A LOT‼️‼️ When I spoke with her she was very polite and got right to work 📝! Within hours of receiving the information I provided her with she had a deal on the table that I could not refuse. 🎯 Her quirky personality was an added bonus 😂 . She has such a great sense of humor which makes the buying process so much more relaxing! 🏖️ My title was received much quicker than I expected and I was in my new ride within a couple of days ⏰! I never considered the 2023 Ford Bronco 🚙 💨 but Melissa took her time and sent me videos of the vehicle since I am 2 hours away from her location 🎬 She seriously went above and beyond for me and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience‼️ When I met Melissa it was almost like speaking with a beautiful old friend! I recommend this sales professional 110%! I will be returning to her when it’s time for my boyfriend to jump in his new F150, which she also highly recommended. I never thought I could say I “trust” a car salesman but this girl⁉️ I absolutely do!‼️ Thank you so much Melissa! You deserve a metal 🤘🏻 🏆 🥇 I have had my vehicle for almost a week and I fell more in love with it everyday!! 😍🥰

They were very easy to work with. Helped me with a trade in and I walked out with the car I wanted - with a warranty I had never expected from an ordinary dealership before! I highly recommend

Felix at the Owego location was AMAZING!!! He home didn’t have to help me at all bc I walked out the first time I went up there! But he answered my call almost 2 weeks later & told me he would try to make something happen. He was an absolute miracle worker ! So nice, personable, very determined & he went above and beyond to get me off the lot and did it in under 3 hours. Go call Felix he will go to work for you!!! Edit: That same salesman did too much & played many games with my fiancé getting a car. Wasted several trips to Owego and signed paperwork for a vehicle for him to turn around and take it back! He did some very UNPROFESSIONAL things and I would NOT recommend going to him.

The only reason I've been a repeat customer is because of Michael Counts.. This man should definitely be considered for salesman of the year! Beyond helpful, always makes sure the customer leaves comply satisfied.... I highly recommend going down to see him... Stop into the jeep side... You won't be disappointed... ( Also Tammy out back deserves to be mentioned as well!)
