Walmart Auto Care Center

I went to Walmart just a few weeks ago to have two tires replaced on my 2010 Nissan Maxima. The tires were changed, but after driving for a few days, I almost got into a serious accident, it nearly cost me my life. The lug nuts came loose while I was driving, which is completely unacceptable and dangerous. I am completely disappointed with the service I received. This entire situation has been a massive headache, and I expected much better from such a well-known company.

I scheduled an appointment yesterday for this morning for 2 new tires on my car one of them being a donut. I drove all the way there an hour away from me for them to tell me that they can’t change just 2 tires on a Subaru they have to do all 4 so I said so do all 4 they didn’t have all 4 okay well I can’t drive another hour on this donut why didn’t you guys mention this yesterday on the phone I asked well we didn’t know that you had a Subaru I said no you did I told you the year make and model of my car I also told you guys I will be coming from far. I ended up having to get a tow back to my house. By the time I got to the Walmart the donut lost air they couldn’t even put a little air in it for me never again will me or my family be using Walmart auto center.

Had an oil change appointment for 7:30 am. Showed up at 7:25 and waited in my car by the bay doors. Sat for 20 minutes. Clocked 5 employees strolling around who looked right at me—but none of them could be assed to put down their coffees, come take my keys, and invite me in, or give any indication that someone would be attending to me. So I left at 7:45. Do these guys think they’re the only game in town? There are dozens of lube shops in the area that actually want your business and will respect your time. Never again, Wally World.

Went in to get my battery checked after indicating of a "slow start". Ended up that it was still good and didn't need replacing. Check took a little more time than expected, but it was free.

This morning Sept 12th I got up early to get an oil change at Walmart, something I have done on many occasions without making an appoint. When I got to the auto center there was one or two cars in the parking lot and a coupe in the bays for service. When I went to check in I was told I now needed an appointment and the next opening was on Monday! Except for the new tires I purchased at Walmart which I will be forced to get rotated and serviced at Walmart, you clownd have now lost me as a loyal customer.
