Every time I walk into Romeo, from the first moment it is a pleasant experience. My appointment is always on time, they keep me informed throughout and the sales people in light my vehicle from come today hello! The entire experience has been amazing. Will never purchase another vehicle from anywhere else!

I wanted to give them a fantastic review, but sadly, here we are. We are incredibly disappointed in this business and their lack of ethics and customer support. We purchased an extended warranty with our car, which covers pretty much everything. Except what they don't tell you is that they are not capable of providing the coverage they offer, instead having you take your vehicle elsewhere, claiming it will still be covered. You double check that if there is a labor cost difference, they will still cover the discrepancy, and are told yes, shouldn't be a problem. Well, fast forward, now we owe the other dealership for the difference in labor cost in order to pick up our car and surprise, "No, we do not cover that difference and whoever told you that was the wrong person to speak with." Shame on you Romeo Toyota. We have a warranty and it is not our fault that you are incapable of fulfilling your end. And to add insult to injury, one of your employees told us this would be covered, and it is also not our fault they didn't know what they were talking about. Now here we are paying out of pocket for something we should not be. Please take your business elsewhere. We can no longer recommend this place.

I bought my truck here and had a great experience with the sales team, and the same quality of service has continued into the service department. My most recent service was a state inspection. It was done quickly and I wasn’t upsold things I didn’t need. Unfortunately I can’t recall my advisors name, but he was incredibly friendly and happy to help!

Always excellent service here. The team is friendly and shows respect. I’ve had years of work done here, and the service has consistently been excellent. This dealership rebuilt my A/C system a few years ago, completed a full cooling system rebuild back in September, and just recently handled my rear brakes along with a full brake fluid flush. Every job has been done right the first time. My car is going on 12 years old but has relatively low mileage for its age (about 113,000 miles), and thanks to the quality of work done here it continues to run reliably and smoothly. What really stands out is the consistency — clear communication, solid diagnostics, fair pricing, and no pressure. They take the time to explain what’s needed and why, and I’ve never felt upsold or brushed off. It’s hard to find a service department you can genuinely trust long-term, and this one has earned that trust over and over again. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants quality work done by people who clearly know what they’re doing.
