Good experience, didn’t take too long. They didn’t hassle me about the pricing I requested, we met pretty fairly, or the extended warranty that they did not push me to buy when I told them no. The only complaint I have is that they did not make sure the car was inspected the day that I specifically told them I was coming to look at my new car. I bought the car on Monday and had to come back an hour and a half drive on Tuesday to pick it up because it wasn’t inspected. I advise anyone buying from them to make sure they inspect the vehicle you’re looking at ahead of time. Jessica was amazing, she helped us work through an out of state title on the car we traded and provided excellent customer service!

This is the first time I bought one site unseen from a dealership and the whole team at Romeo made it very easy. Simple process from start to finish. Salesman Eric Wright and Ethan Snyder in finance were amazing. They even went above and beyond and delivered my truck to me. All I can say is Thank you!

Perfect from Start , ordering parts, timeliness, and finish. It was an Awesome pleasure to deal with Ken, he was friendly, courteous and you could tell he knows his stuff. IT IS NOT A BIG DEAL CAUSE I DONT CARE, but my wife immediately noticed the Colorado emblem was now on the opposite side. Ooooops, I don't care. Will definitely refer Romeo Chevrolet Collision. 😀

Folks are friendly, if they only knew th vehicles they sell. My salesman was not educated. My salesman no longer there, was passed to another salesman. You try call him voice mail ful and not accepting message. You call back and you get transfer back to his phone. Really. I could mention more but best not said
