Gifford's small engine repair

Excellent experience from start to finish. He answered my call right away, got me scheduled quickly, and had my equipment repaired in a timely manner. I appreciated that he was honest about what needed to be fixed and didn't try to upsell unnecessary repairs or parts. The service was professional, reasonably priced, and done right the first time. I highly recommend him for any small engine repair needs and will definitely be using him again in the future.

Had a snow blower emergency. Offered pick up and delivery service. The guys were there in 20 minutes. I had my snowblower full service cleaned greased and back in my shed in 45 minutes in the middle of a major storm. Pricing was above and beyond fair. A true honest man. Do not question it and USE THIS MAN for your service needs. Thanks again Joe

We can not say nicer things about this business. Gifford's is very honest, and affordable. We had a quick turnaround fixing the problem on my snowblower. One of the employees , Joe was here picking up the snowblower the same day we called and was fixed and delivered to us the next day nonetheless on a Sunday. What a hard working and honest place, on top of great prices. To be honest we were not sure how the service and cost was going to be when we called Gifford's. Thank you for your hard work and we will definitely use you again when needed. To you and your employees we wish you all lots of success and health this coming new year. We don't find these great qualities services these days. Kudos to you!!

Friends if you are in the area and need your small engine equipment like a snowblower- lawn mower and many other tools repaired Joe Briggs Gifford is the man you want to call! He’s locally centered on Maple Street in Glens Falls. No truck to get it there, not a problem, he has a fantastic retired gentleman who will come to your home or job site and grab your broken equipment and then return it back to you once it’s ready. Super nice guys! I called on Christmas Eve morning and he was at my house picking up our broken snowblower before lunchtime, yes you read that correctly, picked up about 90 minutes after my call. Joe called me back about an hour later with what needed to be done. I asked about replacing another part that wasn’t broken yet and he said straight out that he RARELY sees that break and mine was fine. He could have said, sure I’ll replace that and make a few bucks but he has INTEGRITY and didn’t do that! That right there told me he was the only guy I’m gonna have repair my equipment. A couple hours later he called while we were going to Christmas Eve Church services and said, you’re all set, when would like it returned to you. I was blown away at his SAME DAY pickup, repair and delivery! This was all done on Christmas Eve of all days. I had no expectation to get it done that fast on a holiday. Totally blew me away. He’s courteous, does great work and doesnt mess around putting your repairs off. Did i mention that his delivery man is quick and courteous too! His price was very fair and turnaround time was lightning fast. I can’t recommend Joe enough if you want your equipment repaired in a timely manner and at very reasonable prices! THANK YOU Joe
