As I approached castle's complete Auto after stepping out of my BMW, Gerard told my to make an appointment with Kate. Within one moment he joined me in the office because she had just gone home. After making an appointment I was ecstatic because I know he does great work that's why I always come back.

This place will take your money and then use used parts for your car, also very unprofessional. Returned my vehicle with parts laying on engine, repairs not complete and held back trim pieces. I will be taking them to small claims court. Save your money and go to a professional.

They sold me a car missing the majority of its lug nuts. Never said a word. Nearly killed me. Thee on one front tire two on the other. This business put my families life in danger. Never said a word about it. I am a single mother of two and was completely taken advantage of.
