Asked if they could do a battery cleaning and they said yes. Immediately afterwards, the car screen completely died and still couldn’t find the issue an hour later. Ended up having to go somewhere else and found the car had two blown fuses. $42 down the drain..I know it happens but I’d rather they had told me they couldn’t do it, if the repairs would cost me even more afterwards.

Chris has been working on every car my family has owned. He's done a wide range of work, from an inspection to changing an engine and everything in between. His work is exceptional!! Chris is honest and take pride in his work. Honestly, he's the only mechanic I would ever use and highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Chris for always taking my car right away, fixing it properly the first time around and getting it back to me fast, so I can get back to wok :). You're the best!!!

Pretty satisfied with how they fixed my car. It overheated on a Sunday morning but Jacob helped me leave my car there to be diagnosed and fixed the following day. Chris was also great and the pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend

They did good work, but I wasn't happy with the pricing at all. I offered to purchase the part myself because I was able to find it much cheaper online, but they said they were able to get it from their supplier for just $10 or $20 more. When I went to pick the car up, they'd charged me $90 more! When I asked why, they said it was for the convenience of getting the part same day, which really wasn't necessary since I told them I wouldn't need the car for two weeks. I'm glad my car is working now, but it definitely wasn't worth what I was charged.

I got into a car accident one day and was recommended to go to Glen Cove Auto Center to check out my car. When I went there I spoke with Chris who is a very nice and honest guy, he doesn't feed you things you don't need to buy for your car. He said he would take care of the body work for my car as well. After the accident my air conditioning stopped working and my back seat belts were locked. He took care of all of that and I got my car back in amazing shape it looked like brand new, the price was very reasonable as well. I was so happy with my car it was all worth it, he also finished this is a very quick time frame. I will be coming back for all my car troubles.
