The first time I met Bob he was very nice. The other time I needed work on my car, He became very nasty when I would ask questions. Verbally attacked me and told me I was wasting his time he had other people to attend to and I was on my own and hung up on me. I will not be using him ever again, there is no customer service in him at all, he spoke down to me, told me to stop talking, and treated me like garbage when he got aggravated or probably had a bad day.

Always very thorough. Rates are fair and reasonable. And always your car is served as quickly as possible and a lot faster than most mechanics in this area. Very honest and trustworthy.
