Tradition Chevrolet of Geneva Service Department

Took car in for recall on thermostat. It was intermittent problem that when took it elsewhere they couldn't be bothered. But Traditions in Geneva was aware of recall and fixed it no issues! Super friendly staff in the service department. Definitely taking my cars there from now on!

I had a great experience at tradition this week. I called last week to get an oil change and inspection and they got me right in. The appointment was quick and efficient!

Terry in service is awesome! She gets us is fast and always takes great care of our vehicles.

Broke down 2 and a half hours away from home on a sunday. Had a wrecker drop my truck off at Tradition Chevrolet and went home. Called the Service department and told Chris W. my dilemma and he went above and beyond, got my truck in, they diagnosed the problem, handled all of the phone work with my extended warranty, fixed my truck quickly and kept me posted throughout the whole process. They were awesome and I highly recommend them!

Friday my rear view camera quit I went to the Tradition {Geneva} my car is a larger SUV so very hard to see with the mirrors. I informed them that on Thursday I was going out of town. They had an appointment on Monday at 1:30! I was unlucky (as usual) because the camera itself was gone bad, but lucky that they had one ins. Stock! I was on the road and happy in 1.5 hours! The waiting room was clean and comfortable and actually a room not in the showroom…thank you!
