Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

Phone number on-line is customer care center not actual shop. Was there on two separate days because tire had to be ordered. Only one person working both days. Checking people in, doing service work and cashing customers out. He did a good job, but one person running the whole garage is a joke. Management needs to do better.

I needed a tire fixed. Had a flat at work. Went to one place to get air and they didn't have the time to help. A little rude. So I got air in it and then took to Mr. Tire. The guys that helped out were absolutely amazing. Wound up getting four new tires,and alignment all done at once. They will be the business I go to from here on out. Thank you for your service!

Our car started shaking on hour three of a 10+ hour trip home from NY to Ohio and we knew we needed to get to a shop asap. Through dumb luck, we found our way to Mr. Tire and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Logan got our car into the shop immediately upon arriving. Shortly thereafter he explained the issue, gave us our options and quickly had parts brought in from other shops. Given that I was traveling with my wife, daughter and dog, with a car full of suitcases, Christmas gifts and ski equipment, nowhere near our destination, this could have been a very challenging situation to figure out if we ended up stranded. But Logan and Mr. Tire had us back on the road two hours from when we walked in the door (on New Year’s Day, to boot) and we were able to make it home that night. These guys were friendly, efficient, and went out of their way to help us out and get the job done. Can’t thank you enough for helping us get home!

Had a small leak in a tire. I was able to get an appointment the day I called. The guys were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back.

I highly recommend Mr. Tire in Geneva, NY! The entire team there...led by Logan... was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. They went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was great and that the service was fast. We will definitely return for any and all of our tire and auto needs. I recommend that you do too!
