I've been a loyal customer for several months, getting the "works" or "ultimate wash" every month, but unfortunately, the quality of service has significantly declined over the past six months. Every time I go, my car consistently has water marks, is covered in dirt, and the inside is never properly vacuumed and the door jams are left untouched. The interior is often left wet, and the windows are still dusty—sometimes I honestly feel like my car comes out dirtier than when it went in. I tried addressing the issue by calling to speak to someone, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. A rude girl, who I assume works at the front desk, answered and was completely unhelpful. She transferred me to another person, who then transferred me to the general manager. Unfortunately, the manager hung up on me while I was explaining the ongoing issues. When I politely mentioned that this wasn’t the first time I had raised this concern, he told me to come back and that he’d clean the car himself. I asked what would be different about coming back, and he just said, "Because I’ll clean it." His response was unprofessional, and the whole interaction left me feeling dismissed and frustrated. I've attached pictures showing the condition of my car after the wash. It’s clear the service has gone downhill, and I won’t be returning.

I am disapointed with the feedback I received from the mechanic team regarding engine concerns with my Honda civic coupe. From the feedback they gave me, of a "tune-up" that would cost me $900 (which they stated would be an air filter, cabin filter, spark plugs, and engine coils) ..which is a tall ask for dishing this amount of money out when they were unable to give me a direct diagnosis. Luckily, my brother found the parts for me online for $140 and taught me how to do it myself in less than 30 min. In this economy to ensure business customer trust & loyalty is a top priority. Especially, regarding finding mechanics that won't take advantage of a "girl" that does not know much about cars.

I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years, and I have been getting very good service until today. I've subscribed to the monthly platinum plan. However, I visit the Newburgh Auto Spa today for an interior and exterior car wash which is included in my plan. At the entry point to the car wash entrance, I've brought to the attendant who was driving my car into the wash bay, that the car has not been vacuumed as yet. He was upset that I mentioned it and as I try continuing the conversation, he was raising his voice and told me to take my business elsewhere among other unkind words. I told him I need to someone about the situation. He then said to me that he's the manager and he's not going to wash my car. He turned the car around and park it in front of the building. I asked the cashier if I can talk to his manager and she told me that he's not in today. I wouldn't be going back to this car wash anymore since this is the attitude from their management per perspective. I may lose the rest of the money I've spent for this month since I'm in this uncomfortable situation going there. I've also cancelled my monthly plan subscriptions going forward.

This is a top notch outfit for a car wash, oil change and inspection. These young men and women are hard working, polite and informative without being pushy. So blessed to be living close to this place!

I have never been to this car wash because this car wash is in NY and i live all the way in florida + I Wash my own car so yeah never been to this car wash and probably never will but it’s good to know people are out here washing their cars at this place i wish i could go but unfortunately im very far but still nonetheless it’s a car wash so if you see a dirty spot especially if you have a white car then hit this car wash i’m sure they will clean your car like i said i wouldn’t know because i have never been because of course… i live in florida + i wash my own car but if you’re in need of a wash then have at it man. Keep in mind i have never been to this car wash but i definitely wish i could. the thing is im about 1000 miles away so it would be very very challenging, on top of that i wash my own car. But again, if youre car needs to be washed then you’re welcome to come to this place. I know for a fact if i were in the area i’d come here but unfortunately i live in Florida + I wash my own car. But yeah guys if a car wash is what you need, don’t hesitate to get it done here, just remember i can’t speak from experience because i live in florida + i wash my own car.
