LaMarti's Auto and Diesel Repair

I work down the road and my coworker referred me. I am grateful I went here. Courtney (I’m new I hope that’s right) was so friendly and welcoming. She really does well at her job from making my appointment, a text reminder you can respond to, greeting me for my appt with such a relatable energy, and explaining the process and cost right away. I lucked out with available parts and in and out service in under 2 hours. I got to hear their story and I’m really rooting for this husband and wife team. I fully trust them with my car!

BEWARE OF INSPECTION: Went to get the inspection on my BMW and failed because they said all four of my brake rotors were "completely corroded". They quoted me over $900 for the repair. I decided to take it to the dealership for the repair, gave the dealer my failed inspection report, and explained what I had been told at LaMarti's. Dealer took my car back and after a short time came back saying there was absolutely nothing wrong with my brake rotors or anything else, and showed me pictures of each rotor. They said the few spots of rust were completely normal, and nothing should have failed the inspection. Dealer charged me only for a new inspection sticker and sent me on my way. Could have been an honest mistake, but seems unlikely with such a wide variance and when you would think the dealership would be even less likely to take a chance on service. I will not go back to LaMarti's again.

My first time utilizing services here and it will not be my last. I had me vehicle towed there over the weekend for a blown brake line (they're closed on weekends or they were this past..) and they were late to get to it on Monday but stayed after hours to get the work done and then called that evening to let me know the work was complete. I was able to easily pay for their services online and the entire process was a positive experience. Work ethic that you don't find too often anymore will have me return to this location for any further services or maintenance that my vehicle(s) require. Thank you LaMarti's and Merry Christmas!

​Extremely disappointed with the pricing policy here. I called for a service quote and requested to provide my own parts—the exact same high-quality components they use—to avoid their steep markups. I was told they refuse to install outside parts because they rely on those markups to supplement their labor costs. While I understand businesses need to make a profit, a markup on a part they didn't even manufacture is excessive. It’s a shame, as they’d rather lose the entire job than simply charge a fair price for the labor itself. If you’re looking for a shop that offers value and flexibility, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

First time at LaMarti’s. Friendly and professional. Quick, too. They do not fish for bogus issues like other shady shops. This shop is genuinely honest. Thanks for great work. I’ll be back when the next need arises.
