I walked in to request a serpentine belt, and the guy stated that he was not willing to look it up because he was the only employee there. The two minutes it would have taken him to grab the belt off. The wall was too much for him. I recommend younger, more capable employees. If this is the type of service you have to offer.

Marsie S. the "manager" is absolutely insane or on drugs. She tried to start a physical altercation with me because I needed to exchange a bum battery that was purchased through united auto supply company. AC delco is also no help. The battery is no more than two months old, and it didn't work from the start. United sold me a bum battery, and united should absolutely fire their manager. She is just absolutely insane.

Marsie is always helpful and knowledgeable and takes good care of her customers. I can always count on great service and highly recommend her and her crew for any of your auto parts needs.
