Roadside assistance towed us to Automotive Alley after a breakdown. They provided great service, gave us an affordable repair solution and got us safely back on the road soon. We highly recommend them.

After a breakdown my car was towed to their shop. They explained the issue, gave me affordable options, did great work and got me back on the road safely. I’ll definitely bring my car here the next time an auto repair is needed. .

I'm sharing this review not out of malicious intention but to protect more vulnerable people out there from being taken advantage of. My vehicle needed control arms, front struts, and an alignment. Automotive Alley gave an estimate of nearly 6k. Upon a simple investigation I concluded that parts and labor shouldn't exceed $1,700. I had another shop in Arcade do it for $1,300. I hope I'm wrong and mere human error is responsible. If so, I'm happy to remove this review. At this time, I would urge other customers to find another repair service.

Amazingly accommodating on short notice. Very polite and engaging service, I personally did not feel like a first time customer. With noted and pictured upcoming maintenance for your vehicle is reviewed with you and emailed in detail for records. Highly recommend to anyone that doesn't like handing their keys over to a stranger. Thank you Automotive Alley!
