Basil Fredonia Service

Waited 2.5 hours and asked about the status of an Oil Change, I was told the paperwork got buried under other stuff. - Why have an appointment system if you don't take cars in order? - Why have the number of staff you have if no one keeps track of those waiting in the waiting room or checks the unclosed appointments? - Ironic that your automated sales text works every time, but the human aspect of your service is well below what is expected.

Bought a truck almost 2 weeks ago from the used lot, love the truck, Dave was my salesman and he was great. He made it happen for everything I wanted from payments to interest. He even made sure to get me in the shop when I noticed a few issues with the truck after driving it a few days. Had it in the shop today and i was told the front tires are shredded and George the manager at the used sales lot is refusing to replace them. I was told they did the bare state minimum for the tires but the requirements are the tires need to be in good condition and shredded tires do not meet that requirement. I am very disappointed in the service and the scamming that Mr George the manager from basils used lot is doing to his customers. Their whole sale is all about making customers happy so they continue to come back to basil yet there refusing to fix things on a vehicle that was purchased and made aware of the issues before I signed. Mr Basil got wind of the tires being shredded and had new tires ordered for me and they will call me when they come in. Thank you Mr Basil for taking care of your customers

Oil change was perfect Turn signal issue was not checked, I was told I never mentioned the turn signal issue

The service department is the best I have ever dealt with. They really do care about your concerns and explain things in great detail about the service they need to perform on your vehicle. They ROCK!
