NO STARS IF I COULD. This place is horrible. My car has been at this location since November 2025 and no one had put there hand on my car till February that I had to call AGAIN for them to finally look at it and charged me for towing. It was looked at 3 day after paying for the towing and no one called me for 3 weeks that I personally had to call myself to find out. This place lost my receipt and when I found MY receipt to get money back they would not do anything for me even after having my car for almost 5 month with no attention given from anyone. I do don’t recommend this place. The lack of attention they give you would think they don’t want to work. NO phone calls. NO communication. NO NOTHING

I dont live in this area but i can say this is the best tow place i have ever delt with. Dave took care of me and gave me a peace of mind. Very professional and kind. I would use this poace again. Dave is the best!

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. They helped one of our drivers with a disabled truck get back on the road in a very short time. Thank you for the great experience Spilman's Sales and Service. Gaige did a great job for us!!

Extremely professional service. They sent out a truck to assist us with a stuck truck and trailer. They really got us out of a jam. They were super fast and had reasonable rates. Lesson leant. We would highly recommend! No damage either. Perfect. 😊

Simple “just off the road” tow for less than 10 miles and they soaked us $450!!!! Complete rip off artists. Kafline’s auto parts towing operations charged us only $200 from Syracuse to lowville. Spillmans is absolutely the worst towing operation to call! Literally every single other tow company quoted us less after the fact!! Only use these guys if you hate having money in your wallet!! They’d be glad to empty it for you! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
