Brought my Honda in to replace a broken tumbler for my ignition. They were never able to get the panels around my steering wheel back in correctly, and in the process they ended up breaking the wiring harness. They insisted my headlamps, which would not turn off by that point, were always supposed to stay on and that they weren't my headlamps, but my daytime running lights- complete bs. Just got the word from Honda, it will cost over $2000 to fix what they broke, way more than the original issue. Trying to gaslight me into thinking that my headlamps were always supposed to be on was the saddest part tbh.

I was in the area for vacation and my car started giving me some troubles. I called them in the early morning and they were so nice and took the time to hook my car up, diagnose it and review the results with me. Thankfully it was able to be fixed rather quickly and it’s been perfect ever since. They also took the time to show me what was going on after the parts were changed. I wish I had a repair shop closer to my home like this one.

I took my car to Fort Ann Motors to get my tires rotated. The staff was very friendly and service was prompt. I would definitely take my car back here if I need anything if they had better hours. They're only open Monday through Friday 7am-4pm. Since I work full time, these hours are exactly when I'm NOT available. Some limited weekend hours would be a great improvement.

Can't say enough good things about Fort Ann Motors. They do a great job and are always willing to help. I have been there many times and have total trust in Dave as a mechanic. I would highly recommend them to anyone for high quality, friendly service. Thanks guys !!

Fort Ann Motors is the best auto repair shop in the area. They provide HONEST and reliable high quality service at reasonable prices. They will NOT push unnecessary repairs and also complete the work much faster than nearby competitors.
