Great shop! Only place I take my vehicle! Highly recommended. Tells you how it is what needs to be done doesn’t nick and dime you or up sell you on bs you don’t need like a lot of the other shops in the area. Always gets the job done quick and correct the first time!!!!!

Very Happy - the work was done correctly, in the time I was expecting it, and at a very reasonable price. Everyone was super friendly as well. I'll be back for sure, even just for routine maintenance.

Have you ever heard anyone say there’s no such thing as an honest mechanic? You don’t have to worry about that here. First of all, he won’t waste your time talking to you about “fluff” that you COULD do with your vehicle. He’ll tell you what you need. If he feels that he’s not the best guy for the job he’ll tell you that too!! My absolute favorite thing about him, though, is how much he cares about his customers. I just called him when my tire popped on the road and he dropped everything to come change my tire for me so I could get home. You can’t get that kind of service from big box companies!! I am SO GRATEFUL that we have Chuck Sonnekalb in Forestville!!!!
