The mechanics are excellent and the prices are always honest. I've been coming here for years and have had extensive work done. i can say that Al's Preferred & Son is hands down the best repair shop that i've ever been to. Great work and honesty all around.
View on GoogleI've been bringing my cars here for the past 5 or so years. This is an honest shop with an owner and staff who know their stuff. 100% trustworthy and they take the time to explain any needed repairs and present you with options.
View on GoogleAbsolutely 100% trustworthy, and they earn that trust w/ every visit. Always been kept informed, always confident in their work. A neighborhood staple for decades. When placing a vehicle in their care for repair, there is a feeling of calm that I've made the right decision. Props to Chris and the crew for their reliability, and their skills that arrive with a set of character traits we all hope to find in our neighborhood repair shops. Well done!
View on GoogleVery happy with my experience. Car was diagnosed and fixed with OEM parts the same day, fair prices no complaints.
View on GoogleI have been going to Al and crew for 30 years. I don't live in floral Park anymore but still take it to Al's when I need repairs. Most honest mechanic I've ever known. He's taken care of me and my family more times than I can remember. Want a mechanic that you'll trust and provide great service? Look no further.
