Tire blew on my trailer on a Sunday evening and had to leave parked on berm of interstate. Left a message on their website chat and they got back to me first thing Monday morning. I brought the rim/tire to them and they found a temporary tire for me to use to bring the trailer in so they could order and replace all four tires, since they were 16 years old and only see the road 2x per year. They were extremely helpful and professional. The cost for service was fair and they did a fantastic job. Thanks

HUGE shoutout to this company. On our drive from Peak N' Peak resort a nearby restaurant, Pine Junction, the driver rear tire went completely flat. We were able to get to the restaurant...but couldn't risk going anywhere else, especially considering those winter-like road conditions. AAA would have been hours and hours of time, so I decided to give this shop a call. They went above and beyond, driving out to the site, filling air in the tire, driving the car back to their shop AND bringing it back to the restaurant. Not to mention, they did all of this around 3:30, their closing hours. We were so grateful for their service and would recommend it to anybody in the area. $80 for a new tire ain't too bad for a used tire, especially factoring the mounting, balancing, and their time in transporting the car back and forth from the restaurant. (They were about a mile away from where we were at...which isn't far, but still, it made a huge difference) Thank you, Jack's for making our life much easier that day!
