Honestly the nicest people I’ve ever met. I was stuck in a ditch at 2 almost 3 in the morning and no tow company other than this one would/ could help me. I was stuck for a hour waiting for other companies to show up when my husband sent me this company’s phone number and I said a prayer and called and lord did he answer. He didn’t even have a to truck with him he only had his suv and a scraper and a j hook. This guy is in my prayers and whenever any of y'all need help getting unstuck call this guy no one else. I promise you no one’s gonna give y'all a better pricing than him, believe that one.

This company helped me when I was in need and he was absolutely great!! Even though it was soooo hot out he got me off the side of the road in Geneva and took me over 30 miles home. He didn’t over charge like some companies do, he was fair and def there for the working man/woman!! If you ever need a tow and he’s an option def call Q&W first!!! Thanks!!

This place is terrible don’t go here for any reason they destroyed my car and now won’t answer any of my calls or texts. I had a breathalyzer installed and I was informed that no wires would be cut prior to the installation. All said and done they called saying it was ready. Well it only worked one day. Leaving me stranded at Walmart ended up having the car towed home where it sat for over a month with no help from the installer. Ended up having the car towed to Benchmark. With an entirely new device installed. Where they found multiple cut wires exposed to one another bunched up in a ball of duct tape. While some wires were left completely cut and uncovered. There was a constant electrical arcing. The hood latch was destroyed with a pair of pliers “bmw used a special tool to remove” see photos for damages!!! Im now stuck with smartstart calling me telling me I owe them money because the owner won’t answer me to take the device back. So on top of coasting me over 3,000 dollars in work to fix my car and the tow fees plus having another device installed I’m still being charged for a device I’m not using because the owners won’t answer my calls or texts.
