Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Took my recently acquired used vehicle to get a new oil change just for good measure and i was completely happy with the service no up sell they even walked me through the carfax showing me the maintenance history awesome crew will definitely be back with the rest of my cars!

Do not know what happened to the old manager but Julio is incompetent and lies. Was supposed to do my fuel filters, then said he didn’t have the right socket size to come back in 2 days. I called to check and see if I could bring the truck on a Tuesday and he said yes no problem. I get there and he tries to give me an excuse not to do the fuel filter because he wanted to leave. Then he agrees to do it and comes up with another excuse not to do it. His reason was something that should have been seen 2 days prior had he really tried to change the filter. I drive 40 minutes here because I had such good experiences in the past with the old manager. I recommend you go anywhere else but this Valvoline.

The service provided by Anthony and Felipe was excellent! The wait was a bit long because they were busy. but once they got to my car the oil change was done within 20 minutes. They even screamed BYE as I was leaving

The men that worked on my car were very helpful. And took the time to explain what the were doing and why, if I asked. They suggested things that I needed to do to service my car but didn’t push it.

I was in a different valvoline 2 weeks prior and received an oil change and new wipers. They put the wrong size wiper on my drivers side window and it fell off. I came here and they were very nice and replaced the wiper and filled the fluids that the other valvoline failed to do but I had to pay again and contact customer care for reimbursement.
