The quality of service and work is outstanding. I jacked up one of my doors and I knew it was going to be a long and drawn out headache, figuring out what work needed to be done and dealing with insurance and waiting for repairs. I'd gotten another estimate beforehand, but I'm glad I came here next. The people at Scotsman's made the situation a whole lot less painful, and easy to navigate as someone who'd never dealt with this before. Leah helped me through the whole process. She gave me a very thorough breakdown of the work and costs specific to my vehicle, helped with the insurance estimate, and everyone gladly answered the many questions I had. They were prompt in contacting me and keeping me up to date on scheduling and status of each step. My overall impression is the people here don't just want to get the job done, they genuinely want to help you the best they can along the way. My car looks PRISTINE! They cleaned it up so well and made it look like I just drove it off the lot. I am so so happy and relieved to have this done.

My 2014 Mercedes E350 was hit in a parking lot and the driver side of my car was completely dented in. The service provided by the manager, Jimmy, was exemplary and outstanding. My car came back looking brand new and there were no problems with the car after I got it back. Also, I got my car back in under 2 weeks and it came back fully washed and detailed. Amazing service.
